The way I work

As a person-centred therapist, I work with you, as a compassionate and genuine companion, helping you with whatever issue you might want to address.

You might, for example, be feeling anxious, angry or depressed, or perhaps troubled and confused.

Or you might have something that is hard to talk about with family, friends or colleagues.

I can help by offering an opportunity for you to be heard, understood and accepted as you are, warmly, and without judgement.

We can work in partnership, at your own pace, on what matters to you.
